Your Virtual Business and Training Assistant.

For the jobs you know need doing, but never quite make it to the top of the list.

I help SMEs, consultants and independent professionals get the behind-the-scenes work sorted, from business admin and client communication to learning materials, course support, research and events.

Whether it’s an inbox that needs attention, a slide deck that needs polishing, a workbook that needs creating or a process that needs organising, I can help turn scattered tasks into useful, ready-to-use outputs.

So you can stop juggling the half-finished bits and focus on the work only you can do.

What’s sitting on your to-do list that really shouldn’t be?

Be honest.

There are probably jobs in your business that you know need doing, but they keep getting pushed to the bottom of the list.

  • The follow-up email you keep meaning to send.

  • The client form that still isn’t built.

  • The online folders that have grown into a dumping ground.

  • The workbook that needs sorting before the next session.

  • The website page that’s out of date.

  • The training course build that’s taking longer than it should.

All useful.
All important.
All very easy to keep putting off.

And when you’re busy delivering work, finding clients and running the business, those behind-the-scenes bits can quickly pile up.

That’s where I come in.

You send me the messy version.
I help turn it into something clear, useful and ready to go.

How It Works

Running a small business means wearing a lot of hats. Some jobs need doing, but they don’t always need to be done by you.

Some bits are boring. Some bits drain your energy. Some bits keep getting pushed to the bottom of the list. And some bits, quite frankly, are better handed to someone else.

Jessanol helps take those practical jobs off your plate, so you can spend more time on the work that grows your business.

Headshot of Jane Feilden

Hi, I’m Jane

I’m the person behind Jessanol, and I help busy SMEs, consultants and independent professionals get practical work organised, written, built and ready to use.

My background is in learning and development, which means I’m especially good at turning information, ideas and half-finished content into clear, structured resources.

These days, Jessanol supports much more than learning projects. I can help with business admin, client communication, forms, documents, slides, newsletters, course support, research and the practical jobs that keep getting pushed down the list.

So whether you need a workbook creating, a process tidying, a client form building or a course getting over the line, I bring calm, capable support to help you move it forward.

"Jane has expertly navigated the complexity of coordinating across various stakeholders, ensuring that the project runs smoothly and stays well organised. Her thoroughness, attention to detail, and collaborative approach have been invaluable. Jane has expertly managed the complexity of this project for Trading Standards. She has consistently gone above and beyond, providing clear guidance every step of the way. Her expertise has truly brought this project to life."

After completing research, conducting a needs analysis and producing a detailed functional design specification and report for Swoboda: "Your process and the final report output have been incredibly helpful in enabling us to articulate the principles and detail of our project, and you have been very easy and enjoyable to work with."

“Jane supported me with understanding and using SuiteDash in a way that made sense for my business. She helped me identify which features would be most useful, talked me through the options, and helped me think about how the system could support my client processes and day-to-day admin. Her support made a complex system feel much more manageable. I came away with more clarity, more confidence and a better idea of how to use the system properly.”

"Learning and training is an important and continuous process for us, which is why we worked with Jane Feilden from Jessanol to improve our internal training programme to support our staff and clients. She designed and delivered just what we needed. Great job. Looking forward to further work together."

Jane designed and delivered an engaging and practical approach that gives managers tangible tools and a clear framework to put learning into action. The bite-sized modules and actionable steps truly support managers to embed their learning — rather than simply trying to ‘remember’ what they’ve been taught
