Let me tell you a story…

…not just about my work, but about a passion I’ve nurtured for over two decades.

Jane Feilden from Jessanol

The Story So Far.

I’m a learning experience designer with a knack for turning complex business challenges into innovative learning solutions. For over 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of blending technology, learning, and creativity to transform how people approach their work. Think of me as a storyteller in the world of e-learning, weaving scenarios that make learning not just effective, but engaging.

Most of my journey has been in corporate training, from compliance to applications and process development. It’s not glamorous—yet that’s where the magic lies. Bringing creativity to content that could otherwise be dry or mundane makes all the difference. My focus? Efficiency and effectiveness. Time is precious, and no one should feel bogged down by irrelevant information or lose billable hours on overly complex training.

Shifting Horizons: Going Global.

Several years ago, I moved into the pharmaceutical industry, stepping into a global role where innovation wasn’t just valued—it was expected.

Leading a team that delivered learning solutions to employees around the world, we created holistic, diverse training programs.

From e-learning and job aids to local language adaptations and instructor-led courses, it was a blend that respected cultural nuances while meeting the relentless demands of compliance.

A New Perspective.

After some time with a compliance e-learning provider, I decided to take a step back, embracing a different chapter: raising a family and qualifying as a teacher. Teaching young children gave me fresh insight into learning. I saw firsthand the beauty of curiosity, hands-on experiences, and social learning—the natural elements of how we absorb knowledge. These are lessons I now carry into adult learning solutions.

Where I Am Today.

Today, I work directly with small and medium-sized businesses, helping them tackle their most pressing challenges through bespoke learning experiences. I don’t offer budget services because my clients deserve—and expect—high-quality results. That’s why I work with only a select few each year, ensuring I can deliver the tailored, high-level service they need.

My speciality? Scenario-based learning. Stories that drive change. After all, the best stories aren’t about the status quo—they’re about transformation.

I’d love to share more. Let’s talk about how we can create the change you’re looking for.

The Name.

My company is called Jessanol. With a surname frequently misspelt: Feilden- it has Danish origins, I needed an easier business name.

I took inspiration from a truly beloved dog and Jessanol arrived.
