Blended Learning Solution for Performance Management
This e-Learning course is part of an overall learning experience to support new managers in conducting effective performance reviews. It is designed to provide pre-learning in advance of an in-person workshop practicing undertaking employee performance reviews.
There was a need to reduce the cost of face-to-face training for performance management whilst increasing the quality and speed of offering.
It was felt that the current full-day training course was too long and needed to be focused on the hands-on practice.
Business Challenge
A short micro-learning course, providing the essential terminology, process and Company expectations.
The course is designed to be deployed via automated workflows when the Manager is booked onto the workshop. Providing Managers with a quick, accessible course that could be accessed via phone, for completion before attendance of an in-person workshop.
The Solution
The HR Business Partner considered that providing this e-learning course in advance of the workshop would save valuable time during the face-to-face session delivering theory, enabling focus on hands-on practice.
This project initiated further work focusing on offering employees blended learning solutions.
